Alana King

As Senior Executive Assistant to Mike Meilinger, Alana plays a pivotal role in keeping the firm’s leadership aligned, prepared, and focused. She manages complex priorities, streamlines communication, and ensures that client engagements move forward with accuracy and momentum. Her work strengthens the connection between vision and execution, allowing Mike and the team to operate at their highest impact.

Alana also supports the firm’s sales and growth efforts by partnering closely with Aaron Cole. She helps drive follow-through on opportunities, ensures prospects receive a high-level experience from the start, and provides the organizational structure that keeps sales conversations progressing efficiently and professionally.

Outside of work, Alana lives a life rooted in adventure.
