Allyson Rainey

Allyson holds the position of Operations and Process Manager at Meilinger. She returned to the firm in April 2024 after a previous tenure from 2018 to 2021. After her brief hiatus, she brought with her a wealth of experience and a renewed vision for the company's operational strategies.

Allyson grew up in Asheville, NC, and graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a minor in Business. This creative foundation has contributed to her innovative approach to operations and processes at Meilinger.

Outside the office, she is just as passionate about personal growth and exploration—whether it's pushing her limits through fitness, finding peace on a long run, or embracing the adventure of travel with her husband and son. Her multifaceted life experience not only shapes her as an individual but also as an asset to Meilinger, where she continues to contribute to the firm's success and growth.
