Ayano Jones

Ayano Jones is a licensed CPA in South Carolina and originally from Okinawa, Japan. She moved to the United States in 2012 and began her career in public accounting in 2018. In 2025, Ayano joined the Meilinger Consulting team as a Tax & Accounting Associate. She enjoys supporting clients and building strong relationships through dependable service. Ayano holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Ryukyu.

Outside of work, Ayano loves spending time in nature, especially hiking and snorkeling. She also has a passion for music and performs with her band at several local international festivals. In addition, she volunteers her accounting skills at a weekend Japanese school, contributing to the community she values deeply. Ayano places great importance on maintaining strong connections with her family and friends, and she finds fulfillment in helping people and growing together.
