Providing exceptional service to Meilinger’s clients and employees is an essential part of Ginger’s role. As Meilinger’s Executive Office Manager, Ginger is responsible for greeting clients and assisting with calendaring, providing administrative support to Mike and the leadership team, and ensuring that office operations run smoothly.

Prior to joining Meilinger, Ginger’s work experience included managing client relationships and direct marketing campaigns for a national insurance carrier and providing administrative support to business executives in banking and an educational nonprofit. She shares Meilinger’s vision for excellence and their goal to improve the lives of business owners through financial freedom.

Away from work, Ginger enjoys being an active member of her church, spending time with friends and her puppy, Gracie, and staying fit through exercise and good nutrition.
