Gretchen Frayseth is our Client Accounts Coordinator, managing the firm’s billing operations with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. She brings nearly two decades of success in Hospitality, Multi-family, and Commercial Real Estate, with a proven track record of operations management, delivering meticulous financial reporting, and outstanding customer service. Gretchen holds a degree in Business Administration from Lander University.

Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and pets, and finds balance through hiking and yoga. Passionate about her faith and giving back, Gretchen actively volunteers with several Upstate nonprofits and is a proud member of the Junior League of Greenville.
